Evon is a temperamental person, yes she is.

A change of thoughts twitched my mood to a somber one.

That was when i thoguht about our late Former President Ong Teng Cheong.

I remembered myself frowning on his appointment that many years ago... simply becuase I, being a childish and ignorant kid, didnt like his face.

Whenever someone spoke of him, i would grimace and tell Dad "I dont like Ong Teng Cheong."

But now i have to eat my own words.

From my own interpretations, he is a very noble father... and a very responsible and respectable figure indeed... because he, unlike other dignitaries, dares to fight for the wellbeing of his people. I think he must have been the voice of the public in those trying times. His final concede depicts that of the boundless paternal love- something i feel very strongly for.

At this point of time, i am in no position, whatsoever, to point findgers because I know for one that there is nothing absolute in the politics realm.
