If there was an audio function here... i would have shouted in excitement!!!

I went for the second interview today.... with the Italian company.

and whoopie! I clinched it!

He asked "So what have you been doing the since last week?"

Me: Well... nothing in particular.

He: Well... i've been interviewing alot of people.

Me: Oh... {thinking: crap! Does that mean i still have many other competitors?}

He: But few... very few in fact, have left an impression.... and you seem to be the best fit

Me: *smile* Thank you. {thinking: is there going to be a accompanying "BUT"?}

He: At least you're interested... and you listen... and you like writing... i also like writing. I've written quite a number of books and a whole stack of articles... yada yada yada.

Me: {heng ah... }

Then he told the HR personnel to come in and speak to me. and when she asked when i wanted to start work, i said "Tomorrow! Can i start tomorrow?" but she seemed shocked.

Anyway... there were some issues with the pay.... so it was raised. hahhaha....

Im so happy... cuz it's close to a $400 jump from my previous!

and 5 working days!!!

Then she asked "oh... you can speak french?"

Me: A little. Took classes before.

She: Shh... dont let him hear... he doesnt like french.

Hahahah....

Like what sis said... this job is worth the wait.

Italian company! *gleeful smile*

Architecture... Jon's industry!

Oh yes... i finally received my credit card.

But not after arguing with one of the staffs about my card colour.

But im now so excited till i cant even rem what i want to buy...

Oh yes... my Guess chain/ pearl watch.

Christyl is back... clubbing this weekend... prob at Goodwood park hotel.

Celebrating with Jon's mum tomorrow night.
